What the illegitimate NWO Installed Biden Regime is about to pull is the most vile Freedom Killing maneuver of them all. It outdoes opening our Southern Border, giving the Taliban an $18B American Weaponry windfall, causing Gas and Food Prices to rise with massive Inflation, destroying our Supply Chain, calling every White American a Racist, labeling soccer Mom’s fighting CRT Domestic Terrorists, running a Political Prisoner Camp in DC, creating a Ministry of Truth to stifle Free Speech and going after our 2A Rights! What I’m about to describe is worse than all of the above Biden Regime horrors put together! What is it?

Biden plans to put every American under the WHO’s Rule (World Health Organization) and, thereby, Abolish our Body Sovereignty and our Constitutional Rights as Sovereign Beings. How does the Regime propose to accomplish its evil Game Plan? They are going to try to pass AMENDMENTS THE BIDEN REGIME HAS CREATED to alter the WHO Treaty that has been in place since 2005 called the International Health Regulations. As a member Country in the WHO, the U.S. is subject to these International Health Regulations as described in the document pictured below and linked above.

Let me be crystal clear. The opening of this Newsletter is a synopsis of a much more detailed Newsletter at JamesRoguski.substack.com. If you go there right now and read his “WAKE UP and Smell the Burning of Our Constitution”, I will have served my purpose of Alerting America about what’s coming. If you continue reading and go to James Roguski’s Substack Newsletter later, I have a lot more to say beyond these disastrous Amendments that will turn us all into Medical Subjects of the WHO. Here is what you need to know:

1. This version of the International Health Regs have been in place since 2005.

2. The Biden Administration wants to AMEND these Regs during their World Health Assembly from May 22-28, 2022.

3. The Biden Regime wants to change the International Health Regs to give the WHO unprecedented Totalitarian Powers over every member Country and every Citizen in those Countries.

4. These Regulations override and supercede the U.S. Constitution and have nothing to do with a Senate Vote as we already Voted to be a part of this NWO gestapo organization disguised as a Health Org.

The WHO calls member Countries “State Parties”. The U.S. is a Member Country. I refer to “State Parties” as [Countries] so you’re not confused.

The following are some of the areas where these Amendments either DELETE Words or ADD Words in order to transfer Power and Control from [Countries] to the WHO, which is another way the NWO Nazis plan to rule the World.

Article 9: “Other Reports”,

This Amendment would DELETE the following words: “Before taking any action based on such reports [regarding a possible Public Health Emergency], WHO shall consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the Country in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 10.”

With this proposed DELETION, the WHO would have the authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, that they label a PHEIC, within a Country without the Country’s permission or even a consultation with the Country.

Article 10: “Verification”,

These Amendments would DELETE the following words: “taking into account the views of the [County] concerned.” They would also ADD the words “within 24 hours” to several sections.

Once again the Country would have no say as to whether or not it is experiencing a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, and all communications regarding the matter would be within 24 hours creating a fearful emergency situation.

Article 11: “Provision of information by WHO”,

These Amendments would ADD the words “or which is available in the public domain” and “WHO determines it is necessary that such information be made available to other State Parties to make informed, timely risk assessments” and the words “inform” are added and the words “consult with” are DELETED.

These Amendments would allow the WHO to decide if a Country is experiencing a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, PHEIC, sufficient enough to share that information with all other Countries using information from “the public domain” and without even consulting with the Country.

Article 12: “Determination of Public Health Emergency of International Concern”,

This Article gives the WHO Director-General the Power to declare a Public Health Emergency in a Country based on a “potential or actual” ADDED Public Health Emergency. The words “and the State Party are in agreement regarding this determination” would be DELETED along with the words “within whose territory the public health emergency of International concern has occurred”.

These Amendments leave the Country at the mercy of the WHO Director-General who is granted the right to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, PHEIC, based on a “potential or actual” event. The Country has no say as to whether the Director-General has accurately assessed the situation or on what he is basing his claim of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern

There is also a proposed Amended Title of this Article which ADDS the words “Regional Concern” and “Intermediate Health Alert” described with the following two paragraphs of ADDED words:

Article 12: 6 (This entire section would be added by the Biden Regime’s Amendments) “Where an event has not been determined to meet the criteria for a Public Health Emergency of International Concern but the Director-General has determined it requires heightened international awareness and a potential international public health response, the Director-General, on the basis of information received, may determine at any time to issue an intermediate public health alert to [Countries] and may consult the Emergency Committee in a manner consistent with the procedure set out in Article 49.”

Article 12: 7 (This entire section would be added by the Biden Regime’s Amendments) “A Regional Director may determine that an event constitutes a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern and provide related guidance to [Countries] in the region either before or after notification of an event that may constitute a Public Heath Emergency of International Concern is made to the Director-General, who shall inform all [Countries].”

These two proposed ADDED sections to Article 12, would leave the World at the mercy of the WHO Director-General who could declare a Public Health Emergency based on any criteria he chooses, even if it’s just a “potential emergency” or an insignificant outbreak that happens anywhere in the world. The Director-General’s Regional Directors could also declare Regional Public Health Emergencies on a whim without consulting or getting agreement from the region within which they claim this Regional concern occurred.

How do these briefly described Amendments strip us of our Body Sovereignty? Imagine a continuous Pandemic situation like the 2-year Covid nightmare, which is what these Amendments are setting up for America and the rest of the world. When just about anything can qualify as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, PHEIC, then the WHO can tell us we’re being attacked by the worst human to human transmissible virus imaginable and force us back into Masks, Lockdowns and worse, forced Vaccinations, without us even having the ability to say “I DO NOT CONSENT”.

By now, most of us realize the Covid Pandemic was a Hoax. Not that there wasn’t a novel Coronavirus. The Hoax was the Pandemic itself. The PCR Test (Polymerase Chain Reaction) did NOT accurately detect Covid! In a scandalous admission “on January 20, the day of Joe Biden’s Inauguration and entrance into the White House, the World Health Organization (WHO) quietly issued new guidance on the manner in which polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests were to be conducted and reported.” What amazing timing!

“It [the WHO] warned against reporting someone as having COVID-19, just because the test had been positive, when they did not actually present with any symptoms. The WHO also raised concerns about the ‘risk of false positive’ tests.” By then, anyone with half a brain knew what was going on. The Flue that has been taking thousands of lives around the world annually for decades doesn’t just disappear, but in 2020 that’s what they tried to make us believe.

“In a surprising statement, the WHO described PCR tests merely as an ‘aid for diagnosis’ without placing any greater weight upon the results of PCR tests, pointing the testers to examine real life evidence, such as symptoms.” (Quotes taken from CatholicCitizens Online Article entitled “COVID cases plummet after WHO changes testing protocol on Biden’s Inauguration Day”)

These NWO Totalitarian Psychos saw an empty and easy to control world in 2020! That’s what they want for our future. A world where we are locked in our homes, eating bugs and living off the meager stipend the New World Order Government deigns to send our way.

As far as they are concerned, and they’ve said the Quiet Part out load in their endless chatter about Global Warming (which they conveniently changed to Climate Change), We Are the Virus. We breath out CO2, which according to these Anti-Science Freaks, is the cause of their non-existent Global Warming that has turned into a Religion.

What if the WHO gets these disastrous Biden Regime Amendments passed and then, using their new Power and Control, declares Climate Change to be a PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International Concern). What would happen to our Body Sovereignty then?

At a time when most Americans and the Citizens in the rest of the world have lost total faith in the WHO based on their disastrous behavior during the Covid Pandemic, the Biden Regime decides to do WHAT? Give the WHO unprecedented Power to Control every Country and every Country’s Citizens with Medical Tyranny.

WHO protocol requires the Member [Countries] have four months to review these draconian Amendments before voting on them later this month. Below, you can read the Cover of the Letter from the WHO Director-General in which he transmits these satanic NWO Amendments by the United States to all of the Member States. It’s important to understand that the United States of America not Russia and not China is the Country that is proposing these Totalitarian Control Amendments be passed in the up-coming Meeting in Geneva.

If you don’t already know why the WHO is one of the most dangerous World Bodies ever created, allow me to share a few of the horror stories connected to them during the first (and if it’s up to the WHO, first of MANY) Pandemics. They no longer wish to be associated with the word, Pandemic. At this point, that word is way too sullied with everything from Mask Mandates to deadly Vaccine Mandates. So they have renamed Pandemic and now call it a “Public Health Emergency of International Importance” (PHEIC), which ironically is pronounced FAKE! No, you can’t make this stuff up! Are they really rubbing the obvious in our faces while they attempt to take over our Body Sovereignty?

The following are just a few of the dirty maneuvers pulled by the WHO in the early days of the Covid Pandemic. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the WHO Director-General has a very close and cushy relationship with China. When the news of the Covid Virus first broke in January of 2020, he turned into a parrot and repeated everything the Chinese were saying about the Virus, which we now know was a cover up to keep the world from discovering its true origin in a Wuhan BioLab.

“The most notorious example [of this parroting behavior] came in the form of a single tweet from the WHO account on January 14: ‘Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus.’ That same day, the Wuhan Health Commission’s public bulletin declared, ‘We have not found proof for human-to-human transmission.’ But by that point even the Chinese government was offering caveats not included in the WHO tweet. ‘The possibility of limited human-to-human transmission cannot be excluded,’ the bulletin said, ‘but the risk of sustained transmission is low.’” (Photo and Quote from The Atlantic Article entitled “How China Deceived the WHO”)

When President Trump stopped travel to and from China on Sunday, February, 2, 2020, the “World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Monday [the next day] there was no need for measures that ‘unnecessarily interfere with international travel and trade’ in trying to halt the spread of a coronavirus that has killed 361 people in China.” (Quote from Reuters Article entitled “WHO chief says widespread travel bans not needed to beat China Virus”)

It’s important to understand the timing of the release of the novel coronavirus. It happened right during the Chinese New Year Celebration which is an eleven day timeline from late January into mid February, a time when affluent Chinese people travel the world. Had President Trump not banned travel to and from China, the outbreak in the U.S. would have been far greater.

By mid February 2020, “Even as evidence mounted that Chinese officials had silenced whistleblowers and undercounted cases, Tedros took a moment to extol the leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Now — more than a month into an escalating global health crisis — there are questions about whether the WHO’s praise in the early weeks created a false sense of security that potentially spurred the virus’s spread. ‘We were deceived,’ said Lawrence Gostin, a professor of global health law at Georgetown University who also provides technical assistance to the WHO. ‘Myself and other public health experts, based on what the World Health Organization and China were saying, reassured the public that this was not serious, that we could bring this under control,’ he continued. ‘We were,’ he added, ‘giving a false sense of assurance.’ (Quote from The Washington Post Article entitled “Chinese officials note serious problems in coronavirus response. The World Health Organization keeps praising them”)

And then there’s Tedros himself, who has a very questionable past as an Ethiopian Leader serving 7 years as Health Minister there. His exit did not leave his fellow countrymen, the Asmara, who were also his political opponents in very good stead. This man with a questionable Health Minister background nevertheless found his way into the Director-General seat of the WHO in 2017. “Tedros Adhanom is an Ethiopian biologist, public health researcher, and official who has served since 2017 as Director-General of the World Health Organization. A non-physician [even though you will often see Dr. in front of his name] implicated in genocide; he is just the person to oversee the destruction of civilization.” (Quote from the Justice4Poland website)

Obviously, the author of this Justice4Poland article, Avijit Goel, doesn’t think highly of Tedros. A whole lot of people joined Mr. Goel’s anti-Tedros crusade when Tedros “appointed Robert Mugabe, the much-maligned former Zimbabwean president, as a goodwill ambassador to the WHO. Clearly a quid-pro-quo for an electoral favor earlier, even the strongest supporters of Tedros were taken aback at the brazenness of the decision. Several former and current WHO staff said privately they were appalled at Tedros’s ‘poor judgment’ and ‘miscalculation’. ” So that’s just a little about the man to whom the two Sock Puppets, Biden and Pace, have chosen to give Totalitarian control of the World. Because of Tedros’ obvious and incessant genuflecting to China during the early days of the Covid Pandemic, President Trump not only withheld the millions of dollars we had been sending annually to support Tedros’ bloated bureaucracy, but by late May 2020, Trump pulled us out of the WHO entirely. On Friday, May 29, 2020, President Trump announced from the Rose Garden, “ ‘We will today be terminating our relationship with the WHO’, the president said, adding that the organization’s more than $400 million annual U.S. contribution will be diverted to other health groups.” Actually, this announcement came as a secondary blow with the main rebuke aimed at China. “President Trump on Friday leveled an extraordinary broadside at the Chinese government, accusing it of a comprehensive ‘pattern of misconduct’ and ordering U.S. officials to begin the process of revoking Hong Kong’s special status under U.S. law.(Quote from The Washing Post Online Article entitled “Trump says U.S. to withdraw from World Health Organization and announces new broadsides against Beijing”)

Exiting from the many tentacled Octopus called the WHO takes time, so our actual day of freedom from this monstrosity of bureaucracy was going to be July 6, 2021, one year from the formal exit. Unfortunately, we all know what happened instead. The corrupt Biden Regime with its Chinese friends in high places stole the 2020 Election from President Trump and reinstated us into the WHO within days of Biden’s sham Inauguration.

“White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Biden signed an executive order Wednesday to stop the U.S.’s departure from the organization [the WHO] fulfilling a promise he made during the campaign.”

“As part of the move, Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious diseases expert, will head the U.S. delegation to WHO and participate in the organization’s executive board meeting Thursday.”

“Once the United States resumes its engagement with the WHO, the Biden-Harris Administration will work with the WHO and our partners to strengthen and reform the organization, support the COVID-19 health and humanitarian response, and advance global health and health security,” Biden’s transition team said in a statement.”

Just in case you missed it, I need to point out the FIRST HINT by the Biden Administration that this Coup to strip us of our Body Sovereignty was coming. It also happened on the Day of his Inauguration when Nathaniel Weixel of The Hill wrote the above quote that said, “the Biden-Harris Administration will work with the WHO and our partners to STRENGTHEN and reform the organization . . .”

So that’s what they’re calling their draconian move to nullify our Constitution, strip away our Body Sovereignty and crush us like bugs under their Totalitarian Jack Boots. When you write to every member of the HHS Team, it would be wise to ADD the statement in all of your discourse, “I DO NOT CONSENT”.

I would have been moving to the conclusion of this Newsletter now except for a crazy unwelcome answer to a question I sarcastically asked as I lay awake last night thinking about what I was going to write today.

Knowing what I now know about the proposed Amendments to the International Health Regulations, which I now remind you:

Give Tedros and his six Regional Directors unfettered authority to declare a Pandemic they now call a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, PHEIC, (pronounced Fake) in entire Countries or Regions whether they are “potential or actual” events without the Country or Region even being consulted or allowed a say in those declarations and with information gathered from “the public domain”.

I sarcastically asked myself, “What can go wrong?”

The following mind blowing question came back at me: What if the corrupt Biden Regime Open Border Policy isn’t just about bringing millions of new low-informaton Democrat Voters into America? What if there’s a connection between bringing in these millions of illegals from Foreign Countries, many of which are South American and 3rd World Countries, and the Amendments that are being proposed to the International Health Regulations? What if the Real Plan is to create so many Public Health Emergencies of International or Regional Concern in the U.S. that we never get out of a constant state of PHEIC (FAKE)?

Oh, my God! They are bringing in not thousands but millions of people from Countries that have not managed their INFECTIOUS DISEASES well. Many of the illegals have not been vaccinated for Tuberculosis, Mumps, Measles and so many more infectious diseases.

“Tuberculosis and other infectious diseases could spread among migrants clustered just south of the U.S.-Mexico border if the immigration crisis isn't settled soon, says a former top Department of Homeland Security official.”

“More than a half-million people have been taken into federal custody [at printing of this article on May 23, 2019] for illegally crossing from Mexico into the United States this fiscal year, triggering a rise in detainments at immigrant-holding facilities.”

“They’re one major incident away from a catastrophe — someone comes in with an active case of tuberculosis or something worse than that,” said Ronald Vitiello, who during the Trump administration served as acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and deputy commissioner of Customs and Border Protection.”

The above quotes were taken from The Washington Examiner Online Article entitled “Infectious diseases a rising threat among migrants at southern border” during a time when President Trump was working to get the Border as secure as possible. By this May of 2022, two and a half-million illegals have been escorted into America and released without Covid Tests or tracking of Infectious Diseases of any kind.

So I ask you, my dear Reader, is fighting to STOP THESE DRACONIAN AMENDMENTS WORTH A LITTLE OF YOUR TIME?
